What do I get with the free tier?
One complete workout containing 3 guided exercise videos, full playback controls (pause, rewind, speed adjustment), and basic progress tracking. No credit card needed, and it never expires.
Do I need any equipment?
No. Every exercise in Work Refreshed is designed to be done with no equipment, in a small space, wearing your regular clothes. If you have a desk and a chair, you're all set.
What platforms is the app available on?
Work Refreshed is available on both iOS (14.0+) and Android (8.0+). Download it from the App Store or Google Play.
Subscription & Billing
Can I try premium before committing?
The weekly plan at $2.99/week is designed exactly for this. Try it for a week, and if it's not for you, cancel before the next billing cycle — no questions asked.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your profile settings in the app, or through the App Store / Google Play subscription management. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What's the difference between the plans?
All premium plans include the same features — unlimited workouts, custom playlists, advanced analytics, and early access to new content. The only difference is billing frequency and price. Annual saves you 17% compared to monthly.
Privacy & Security
What data do you collect?
We collect your account information (name, email), workout progress, and basic app usage analytics. We never sell your personal data. Payment information is handled securely by Apple/Google — we never see your card number.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. All your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, in compliance with GDPR and CCPA.
